Originally printed in 1984 and reprinted in 2020, the cookbook includes over 500 recipes collected by the Friars of the former St. Hyacinth College Seminary in Granby, Massachusetts. Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook benefit the Franciscan Charity Fund.
